Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Moocul Care (operated under Tanish Pharma), we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Because we deal in consumable Ayurvedic health supplements, we adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund rules carefully.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel, please message us on WhatsApp at +91-7980951140 with your Order ID. If you prepaid, the full amount will be refunded.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket, etc.), it cannot be cancelled.
2. The Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Policy
To confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we require a nominal advance payment (e.g., ₹100) toward courier charges. This helps us ensure genuine orders and keep our product prices affordable by reducing Return to Origin (RTO) courier losses.
- If you successfully receive and pay for the parcel, this ₹100 is adjusted in your final bill.
- If you refuse to accept the parcel at your doorstep or fail to receive it after multiple courier attempts, the ₹100 advance is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. It will be utilized to cover the two-way courier logistics and packaging costs.
3. Returns & Replacements
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, consumable Ayurvedic supplements cannot be returned once delivered and opened. However, we will gladly issue a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is physically damaged in transit.
- The seal of the product is broken or tampered with upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
Mandatory Requirement: To claim a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect goods, you must record a clear parcel unboxing video. Please share this video with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the claim.
4. Refund Process
If your cancellation or return request is approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking). It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- COD Advance Refunds: If you cancel your order before dispatch, the ₹100 advance will be refunded to your UPI/Bank account within 3 business days.
