1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Kolkata, West Bengal, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

5. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to provide your complete address (with a landmark and correct PIN code) and keep your phone accessible.
