Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Moocul Care (operated under Tanish Pharma), we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic health supplements securely and on time. We partner with top-tier logistics aggregators (such as Shiprocket) to ensure safe and fast delivery across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Kolkata, West Bengal, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• Prepaid Orders: Processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
• COD Orders: Processed once the ₹100 advance shipping/processing fee is successfully received.

2. Shipping Costs

• Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE shipping on all 100% prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal advance fee of ₹100 is required to confirm COD orders. The remaining product balance is collected at your doorstep.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Kolkata & West Bengal: 2 to 4 business days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
• Remote/Hilly Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by local weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your package. Our customer support team will also send you updates regarding your shipment via our official WhatsApp number.

5. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to provide your complete address (with a landmark and correct PIN code) and keep your phone accessible.

• If a prepaid parcel is returned to us due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
• If a COD parcel is refused at the door or returned because you were unavailable, the ₹100 advance fee will be forfeited to cover the two-way logistics and handling costs.
